The powerful Brunello di Montalcino from Italy is a pure wine, vinified from the Sangiovese grape variety. In Tuscany, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay soils. The Brunello di Montalcino is an old world wine throughout, because this Italian exudes an extraordinary European charm, which clearly underlines the success of wines from the old world. Strong, dark ruby red. Wonderfully accentuated bouquet of wild cherries, rose petals and violets. On the palate silky, polished, with a noticeable vitality. The proportions of fruit, acidity and tannin are well balanced, they are excitingly complemented by notes of liquorice with herbs. Medium-long, very balanced finish. This Brunello represents the exceptional vintage in an ideal way and will certainly increase in the next years.
